We’re a smaller office that packs a big punch when it comes to experience. We’ve been around for over twenty years. We’ve watched Bozeman grow from a cowboy town to a college town to one of the nation’s fastest-growing micropolitan cities several years in a row. We have four brokers two of which have 40 years of real estate experience, and two brokers with no less than 10 years of real estate experience. In other words, we’ve seen it all.
Being reputable is important to us. Past and current owners and managing brokers work hard to maintain an excellent reputation with both our clientele and other brokerages. As a result, many of our agents have seen return clientele several times over. That says something.
Speaking of agents, our agents give it their all. Everyone works full-time, and we see very little turnover. The majority of our agents have been at HMR for over seven years—proof in the pudding that it’s a great work environment. Plus, we engage in ongoing training and collaboration and our weekly sales meetings delve into tricky issues; when you have this much brainpower, you put it to good use!
When we bring a listing to market, all of our agents see the listing in person and know the details of the home. No reading data from a listing sheet in this office!
