It hasn’t taken long for Livingston to go from quietly flying under the radar, to becoming one of Montana’s sought-after places to live. The interest is understandable. The Yellowstone River flows right through town, and Paradise Valley is home to some spectacular hiking, camping, hot springs, and of course, the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

In March 2021, the median list price was $409K, trending up 16.9% year over year. The median listing price per square foot was $247, and the median number of days on the market is 86.
