It’s not often an airport is described as remarkable, but there isn’t a more fitting term for this beautiful international airport tucked up in the mountains of Bozeman, Montana. In 2019, the airport handled 1,573,860 passengers, a 17.3% increase over 2018, and the 10th consecutive year of record-breaking traffic.
Even more remarkable is even amidst a pandemic, the airport has added five new flights. According to Brian Sprenger, Airport Director, Bozeman Yellowstone International is recovering quicker than the national average. October numbers are projected to be down just 25% compared to last year, whereas nationally, air traffic is down between 55% and 60%.
