Susan Byorth, Realtor Associate
Growing up on a farm in Kansas then later moving to Wyoming, Susan moved to Bozeman in 1983 where she graduated from Montana State University. Although she has traveled internationally and moved around the state, she and her husband Patrick and their two boys always return to this vibrant and beautiful community that is home to their family. Susan loves Bozeman and gives back to the community by serving as an active parent in her children's schools, on the board of the Montana Outdoor Science School and in many capacities at her church. Outdoor adventures have always played a big role in Susan's life and she particularly enjoys fly fishing, telemark skiing, hiking, gardening and family camping trips.
Drawing on a 20 year career in environmental and science education, Susan is devoted to helping buyers and sellers understand property assets and the transaction process so they are confident in a successful outcome. Her former career offers clients a wealth of experience in marketing, contract negotiations and approachability. Susan served as the Director of the Birch Creek Center, the field campus of The University of Montana Western, and served as a Program Manager for science outreach programs at Montana State University, specializing in partnership development, marketing and project management. Working for the JASON Foundation for Education, Susan served as the communications liaison between the Foundation and it's 56 national and international educational hubs. Susan holds a BS in Range Science and certificates in Non-Profit Administration and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
Susan joined Heart of Montana Realty in January 2012 and is a member of Gallatin Association of REALTORS, Montana Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Her business philosophy is to exceed clients' expectations and make each transaction a seamless experience. She looks forward to meeting you!
