"I can say without question that, hand's down, this has been the best experience I've ever had with a realtor, and I've never written a recommendation for any of the previous realtors I've worked with. Dan is a great guy: honest, great communicator, not pushy, but quick to act when the right house comes on the market. In addition, he was able to quickly access the type of house we wanted and didn't waste our time pushing homes that weren't right for us. I would 100% recommend Dan Stone if you're looking for a realtor."
A Vermont native, Dan moved to Bozeman in 2000 after college in Colorado. Drawn to the mountains and rivers of Montana he quickly settled into Bozeman life as a Contractor. Building in Big Sky and the Gallatin Valley Dan’s passion for the real estate business grew. As a landlord in Bozeman Dan was an active member of the Montana Landlords Association and became an expert in the Bozeman rental market. In 2011 after living in Bend, OR for a year developing rentals Dan moved to Helena, MT and opened an upscale coffeehouse called Hub Coffee. While in Helena Dan served on the board of Directors for the Downtown Helena Business Association and was active in planning for downtown Helena. Dan owned and operated Hub Coffee for 3 years before selling it to move back to Bozeman to pursue a career in real estate. In his free time you can find Dan spending time with his daughter Chloe, on his mountain bike, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, hunting or floating one of the local rivers with his golden retriever Gus. Dan is also a Private Pilot and familiar with the local flying community. Dan’s attention to detail and commitment to his clients as well as his background in the building industry and real estate investment make him a great asset for your next real estate transaction.
