Wendy Wilson
Wendy was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, so it seems natural that she returned to the mountains after 15 years in various cities. In 2003, she moved to Bozeman because it reminded her a lot of her hometown in the 1970s, and she wanted to be closer to her mom and sister, both of whom reside in the Gallatin Valley.
Her career background is in accounting and human resources in corporate environments -- from Controller and Director of Human Resources at an advertising agency in New York City, to the controller of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Inc., in Kansas City, Missouri, to owning her own small business accounting firm.
As a real estate agent Wendy has specialized in land and rural properties and enjoys helping people with their buying and selling needs. She loves the relationships that develop and the opportunity to see so much of our beautiful land.
Wendy is a member of the Bozeman Marketing Forum, Bozeman Farm & Ranch Marketing Group, Gallatin Association of Realtors, Montana Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Wendy is currently the Gallatin Association of Realtors President Elect, as well as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter. Wendy and her dog, Selah, are volunteers through the Intermountain Therapy Animals.
She lives with her partner outside of Belgrade, in the company of three dogs and three cats. She also owns three horses and enjoys horseback riding, fishing, hiking and camping. Email Wendy at wendy@heartmontana.com

Erin Gaasch
Erin Gaasch is a South Dakota native who moved to Montana in 1997 to earn an undergraduate degree from Montana State University in Earth Science. She is an avid fan of outdoor activities and human culture and has travelled across the globe in search of both from studying the nomadic people of upper Mongolia to surfing the reef and beach breaks of New Zealand and Costa Rica to fishing the remote rivers of the Kenai Peninsula of Alaska. Throughout her travels, Erin has discovered that the qualities of the Gallatin Valley which first attracted her to Bozeman: the strong sense of community, the accessibility of the mountains, rivers, and plains, and the intellectual awareness of a university town, are qualities not easily matched, and has decided to turn that enthusiasm into an asset for those in search of the same.
Since graduation, Erin worked as a manager for a Nepalese importing and retail business based in Bozeman before earning her Realtor's license and beginning to help those buying and selling property in Southwestern Montana. She has found that the combination of the marketing and sales background she developed through her small business experience, her in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, and her love of working with people has afforded her a background which helps ensure success for her clients.
Erin measures her success solely on the depth of a relationship she develops with her clients and by the gratitude they convey at the end of a transaction. She knows that each client has different needs, desires, and financial situations, and that creativity and persistence can often times produce results which meet all of those criteria. Erin will take her time to help you identify and meet your real estate goals, whether your a first time home buyer or hope to land a fishing property on the Yellowstone. Erin is a founding member of Team Luna Chix Montana, a mentor for the Child Advancement Project and serves on the Museum of the Rockies Club 320 Board as well as EcoBroker certified.

Heart of Montana Realty
is located one and ½ blocks from the center of Bozeman’s Historic Downtown at 122 South Willson Avenue. We are dedicated to serving the needs of our customers and our community. To that end, whether you are buying or selling your home, ranch, land or investment property, please know we will give our undivided attention to the task until it is completed.
Our goal is to combine this commitment with a knowledge of the real estate market and the potential it has not only to provide an enjoyable transaction for all involved, but to try and determine what is on the horizon. So often areas that boast the attributes Gallatin County has, can provide excellent investment opportunities. Real Estate, generally considered to be a conservative investment, can, in “the right place at the right time”, have spectacular returns. Many times, as people are selling their home, they discover it has turned out to be a tremendous investment. We think this area is one of those “right places” and this is one of those “right times”.
So please consider discussing your realty needs with us. We hope to provide a different, broader approach to the sales approach in our industry. We also realize decisions may not always be immediate, but that information is always important. Consequently, we expect some of our relationships to start with a simple inquiry to determine your comfort level with us. We know real estate sales is a service and all we have to sell is good service, and all that we ultimately can depend on is our earned reputation. We hope you will consider giving us the chance to earn your trust and appreciation.
Thank You

James Blackburn
Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Jimmy's passion for Montana and fly-fishing was sparked during a childhood horseback adventure in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. After college back east and business school in Monterey, California, Jimmy spent the next eight years in San Francisco successfully closing sales and developing new business for a handful of technology companies. However, the big city lifestyle eventually grew old, and the occasional fishing/ski trip to Montana just wasn't enough, so he moved to Bozeman and hasn't looked back. With a strong sales background and a true passion for Montana's recreational beauty, real estate has proven to be the perfect fit as a career. Outside of the office, Jimmy is an avid fly-fisherman, skier, and spends a considerable amount of time in the field every fall hunting upland birds over his two English Setters, Jackson and June.

Megan Ulrichs
Megan moved here from Virginia in search of a bigger playground to hike, ski, snow shoe, back pack and mountain bike on. A proud mother of 3 boys, she is committed to maintaining an active and balanced life with parenting, work, volunteering and exploring. Passionate about the environment and clean health, Megan has found a perfect fit in serving on the Gallatin Valley Farm to School board connecting local growers with Gallatin valley schools and their food services.
Megan has a corporate background in sales and 4 years of real estate experience, offering her clients professional negotiation skills and an uncanny ability to lead buyers through the difficult landscape of finding the perfect property at a fair price. Having earned an impeccable reputation in helping sellers navigate this challenging market, Megan has found great success over the years and truly loves the business of real estate and thrives to prove this to each and every client through her tenacity, commitment and integrity.
"I truly enjoy helping my clients purchase and sell real estate in these difficult times."
Valentina Perez-Bradley
Valentina was born and raised in Venezuela. 15 years ago she and her family moved to the U.S. first residing in Miami, FL and then to the San Francisco Bay Area where she completed her high school education. Valentina moved farther north in California to obtain her degrees in Child Development and Business Administration. Her husband found his dream job in his dream location (Bozeman) and she soon followed. Valentina loves the Bozeman community and enjoys the many things Bozeman has to offer, such as the many outdoor activities in this picturesque city. Valentina has dedicated much of her time to the Bozeman Food Co-Op where she has been a working member for 3 years. She shares the values of eating healthy and supporting local businesses. Valentina has also worked with Irving Elementary School's After-School Program where she has taken on the responsibilities of coordinating activities for children and providing daily healthy snacks.
When it was time to buy a home Valentina met a sales associate from Heart of Montana in an open house and a few months later she and her husband bought their first home. She found the process so interesting and exciting that it inspired her to study real estate and obtain her license. She is very happy with her career choice because it is something she connects to deeply and cares about which reflects in her ability to meet her client's needs. She will go above and beyond to meet her clients needs. Namely because her personal buying experience with Heart of Montana went so well she sought employment with the company and is now helping people find their dream homes. She is a member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), fluent in Spanish, and very much embraces her Hispanic culture.
